Very different from your color image of her. This is an attractive
girl with a mysterious smile. The dark glasses let us see she's
looking at us, but they also hide enough to add to the mystery.
I think you could have rendered this better - it looks a bit flat.
Use of the magnetic lasso around the girl's face would have allowed
you to selectively pull up the shadow detail there, while leaving the
contrast in the sky and her body.
You can save selections in Photoshop. You can also use their inverse,
in this case to selectively add contrast (and reduce brightness if
necessary) in the areas outside her face.
I really like her expression, though.
