Infinitely more artistic and way less upsetting than some of the sick kids pix you post.

The intensity and skill of the OR staff leaps out in these photos and the dramatic lighting helps a lot. I suppose you've seen Ted's 'Women in medicine"? Keep this up and you, too, could have a coffee-table book published one of these days.<<<<

You and the crew might be interested to know Steve Barbour was one of the most instrumental doctors assisting with the shooting of "Women in Medicine!" :-)

He opened doors for my access to the most wonderful women doctors I had the pleasure of working with during the 2 year photo production.

As far as I'm concerned Steve will have a book published some day with a collection of his medical documentary photography. Much of his work isn't really appreciated on screen as well as it looks in print. But he feels the magic of light in the OR without question.
