Thanks, Jim. FWIW during four days in the valley and on trails I saw
hundreds of people squinting at their little LCD screens in the bright
sunlight, perhaps 4 or 5 people carrying older film SLRs, and two people
with their LFs on Sentinel Bridge for a sunset shot of Half Dome.
