Thanks Doug, Ted, Steve... As you know, I'm not a digitogropher. I
got the 5D for a particular project. But...
My wife and I took a week off (Oct 29 - Nov 3) and went to Carmel
(CA) and I decided to take the 5D and just document everything that
we did. With the 5D, I took a Leica 21mm WA, Leica 60mm macro, Canon
24-105/4 (came with the camera), and my Leica 350 Telyt. I used the
24-105 99% of the time and found it to be a stellar pretty much do
everything lens. The 21/60/350 were to fill in the blanks. But, other
than the 24-105, I only used the 60. I also have an 8 gig card in it
and I shot 350 raw images (still only half the card) over the week. It was fun!
I was sitting on the patio of the B&B (the Cobblestone Inn)
http://www.cobblestoneinncarmel.com/
and the yellow rose was growing up the cobblestone column right next
to me. So I turned around and made the snap...
:-)
