Hi Roger.
I do use LR2 to manage my raw files, even my scans which are raw files from
Vuescan. For the M8 (and for my Canon) I've created custom profiles that are
great. It's fairly simple to do; you just need one of those Gretag color
checker cards and some free software from Adobe. Many people I know,
however, are satisfied with the raw conversion profiles that come with LR2.
I've never used CO so I can't compare; just happy with my current workflow.
Best,
bob

Very nice, Bob. Do you use LR for the raw conversions? If so, have you used the
Capture One that came with your M8? I keep hearing that CO does better
conversions, but I find it less than intuitive to work with and would willingly
buy LR if it's as good at converting.
