Re: Thinking about buying a second M body - M6 or M6 TTL?

Harrison,

Have you been influenced by Sherry Krauter, the M5's biggest cheerleader ;-) ? I too enjoyed the use of several M5's. I gave them up when the M7 became my favorite M and it was getting trickier to man the controls of the very different layouts.

However this led me to get an M5 and I must say it is my favorite Leica camera now. It has an in camera meter, shows the shutter speed in the finder, has a little more size, not much, but feels better to hold esp with a 90 or Noctilux on the camera. The shutter speed dial hangs over the front edge of the camera slightly and is very easy to turn without removing from the eye. I wish I had bought the M5 years ago instead of the M6 0.85ttl. But now I have M6 classic, M6 ttl and the M5...all very nice cameras. :)
