While in Paris recently I was doing extensive research on this very subject. We took a TGV to Brussels for a two-day sidetrip to view Art Nouveau architecture. And while there I discovered that these cigars, which our government has been kind enough to embargo us from owning or even consuming while abroad, are actually cheaper in Brussels than in Paris.
