Thanks Bob,
On the close shot they zoomed over the cliff top about 120metres away,
the problem wasn't the noise - it scared all the seagulls up into the
air , and we all know what seagulls do when they're scared........
Luckily I only got hit twice.
The great thing with the M6 viewfinder is that you have that extra split
second when they fly into the frame to get the shot centred.
