PAW - stretching & holding your ground

I was out at Shoreline Park early this morning - I managed to avoid most of
the joggers but almost got run over by a mountain biker on a trail he
wasn't supposed to be on. (It's a challenge to get out of the way with a
tripod and 500mm lens over your shoulder.)
Even though the wildlife were understandably wary of all the humans a few
of them stood their ground:
