New Orleans BW images in this week's Time

Van Lohuizen's B&W images of New Orleans in the new issue of Time are striking.
While the images are excellent, the article makes you want to kill someone(or a
certain government as a whole).
Not 100% sure, but these are very "Leica" like gritty, but sharp looking
images.
