OK, I understand the "No Dogs" and the "No Photographs" restrictions.
That is common at many malls in the USA, but I am at a loss to
understand why "No Books"...
Or am I misinterpreting the icon?
The sign literally says, "No Studying", apparently because they are
worried that young people will loiter too long in the cafes inside the
mall.
