Hi Mike,
Thanks for looking. The difference in color compared to the CL slides I
post from Spain probably is a function of 3 things:
- a different medium (digital vs. slide film)
- the different nature of the light, as you point out
- my lack of familiarity with the new medium and with some of the new
adjustments in Photoshop CS, to which I have just upgraded.
Also, Lars had the camera set on JPEG--highest quality JPEG, but still
JPEG--rather than RAW, so the quality is not as good as it can be. I
shot some pictures of my whiskey bottles, in both JPEG and RAW modes,
and the difference was clearly visible on the screen.
