Nathan's PAD 23/12/2008: Ronald Reagan Circle

This is a view from my sister's balcony last night. When I was last
here 2 years ago, this was a construction zone. Now it is a nice,
modern tram stop. The building in the upper right corner was built on
what was a huge empty lot.
The circle was named after Ronald Reagan when it was finished last year.

You may notice the total absence of anything even remotely resembling
snow. Instead, we had rain most of today.
