Merry X-mas


A few days early, but I wanted to take this opportunity to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. If you're of another denomination, I hope you'll enjoy the holidays as much.

I don't post much and I certainly don't photograph as much as I should, but I feel it's a real privilege to regularly see such fabulous photography as is posted here: Doug's and Mark's wildlife photography and Steve Barbour's and Bill Clough's B&W gems are ones that I particularly enjoy and look forward to seeing more of.

Also, special congratulations to Ted. Of course, we all knew already that he was Canada's Greatest Living Photographer, but it's nice to see recognition go where it is richly deserved... especially these days where it often seems to be tossed around somewhat capriciously. And besides... how many other email lists are you a member of where you get to read the ramblings of a Genuine Living Legend?
