RE: Merry Christmas from Natchitoches

Well, family Christmas is still at our house, fourteen in all yesterday. Presents are opened at around 2pm, after breakfast (I make the scrambled eggs & coffee and Jennie makes the coffee cake & tea). Turkey dinner is (was) at 5:30. Everyone pigged-out! Must have been good.

Very nice picture Sonny (the fireplace looks a little shallow however...) - I hope yu-all had a great Christmas day.

:-)

Hi Sonny,

Likewise here. When the Grandsons were much younger, like still little guys, if we didn?t get to their home by 6.30 a.m. gift opening was over. J

Today 16 plus years later and both of them well over 6? tall, the ?order of the day? issued last evening was? ?OK G?ma & G?pa no need to get here before 9 a.m.! J

How times change with age. J Our good fortune so far has been to the good side of life. We get to rest an hour or so longer.;-)
