RE: M8 question...

I don't know how an already financially unstable company like Leica is going
to survive this debacle. My guess is that they had to really extend
themselves into debt to develop and manufacture the M8. With so many
problems cropping up that forums are dedicated to discussing them, I am
going to predict that Leica goes belly up for good very soon. I hope I'm
wrong but I doubt it.

Yeah, but it's well worth it.  I wouldn't give up my M8 for 
anything!!  Except maybe an M9 ;-)
