Hey Dave,
Even the 40mm Nokton has a new flavor with the M8, on a 50mm (old)
frame.....
Not to mention others.
The M8 is proabably able to cope with other brand lens. Vignetting might be
a problem on WA lenses but with a 40mm lens it should be OK.
I'm sure this is to test. Leica might want to protect its marketting against
the impressive Voigtlander production.
Just eager tho read the Nemeng FAQ columns about the subject..
