Re: M7 jam...

Steve, when I first got mine, I'd get halfway through a roll and then it
would stick, couldn't budge it. What I could do was hit the release and re
wind a couple of frames, that would free it up. But it would stick again
soon.  I sent it to Steve Choi in LA near me, and it turns out that one of
the bearings in the winder was the "wrong" kind. Like how could that
happen?.  Go figure. Anyways, he replaced and its been fine since. I don't
know if that's the case with yours, but it sounds similar.
Good luck sorting it out. If you gotta send it in you do, but I'm surprised
they couldn't sus it out.
