So I did. In the process I also decided to try Silver Efex Pro on
the image. I downloaded the trial following George's recommendation
and this image seemed a good candidate. The software works very
well; I like the fact that it runs as a Lightroom plug-in and that
the interface is simplicity itself. There are many "canned" film
looks, and I selected Fuji Acros 100, which would have been the film
in my camera in this kind of light back when I was still shooting
film. The result is here:

This software is definitely worth exploring further.
