Nuts. Let's try this one: http://tinyurl.com/4fsytf
That one's better, Bill! Thanks!
Though the young lady in the RMN is not as 'high in the saddle" as the lady in
http://www.furnfeather.net/Temps/barrel-1.htm
is, by any means! The RMN shot is more what I expect to see, when
the ladies ride that way. (Nice capture, though ... I gotta admit!)
The Grover rodeo is much like the Falkland Rodeo (see my May posts),
which is the oldest continuously running Rodeo in Canada - this year
was it's 90th. Despite the fact that Falkland has just 600 souls, it
too is on the Pro Rodeo circuit.
If you get the chance to go to Grover, next year, do so. Rodeo
photography is a lot of fun. Small rodeos let you get close to the
action... no need for a press pass. Take something digital and shoot
lots! I've done Rodeo with the 80~200/4 Vario, but, to be honest,
the AF 50~200 Oly makes life a lot easier!
Thanks again, for the link....
Cheers!
