That one got me laughing, Bob. I don't even know if I would want to stay in my parents' extra bedroom. But that area is a real nice part of the world. And I would say to anyone who doesn't know the area, the best fried clams are to be found at Farnham's on Rt. 133 outside Essex. Enjoy. And Ted, no hard feelings. I'm glad to see that these seminars are so popular and that you're still well in demand. Keep it up.

Hopefully Carl this explains the factors. And yes it's certainly too bad
when you could've stayed at your folks home. But we're even limited to space
for presentations. I can only say I'm glad I'm never involved in putting
these events together.
