Does anyone have any experience with either of these processors?
If so, which one is prefered?

I have, and use a lot, a JOBO ATL-2400. Marvelous machine. The automatic
sequencing of a process is a great time saver as I can do other things
while either film or prints are processing. I'd opt for the ATL-1500 if all
you want to process is film.
However... if you want to process prints larger than 8x10, you'll have to
go for the CPP-2.
