IMG: Washington Cascades fall colors

Took a little trip into the mountains today, in search of fall colors. We
ended up at about 3,000 feet, and had a nice day of it. M8, 50/2 DR
Summicron, 35/2 Summicron v. 4, and CV 28/3.5.
This is pretty nice, if I do say so myself. There's too much detail to show
properly on the screen, looks better printed.

The vine maple is a tree that grows like a vine, and is one of the few
native trees that turn red around here:
