Our Ted Grant was properly honoured at the Fall Convocation of the University of Victoria, and received his Doctor at Laws degree. It was a grand and very colourful ceremony.
In the evening there was a Chancellor's reception with University officials, Board of Governors, politicians etc where again he was the guest of honour.
