Thanks for your kind words, Mark!
For shooting food, I think a (D)SLR is the best, since it allows you
to get close with correct framing. I don't know who on the list
started this trend of photographing food and posting the pictures, but
I think it is a very nice way to show each other a very important, if
not fundamental, aspect of our lives in different parts of the world.

food, though that's often what I have with me.
