No I'm not 100% certain, I'm open to dissenting opinion.  I believe that
this is a first-year bird and as such the plumage may not match the typical
winter adult.  The degree of head 'peak' is variable, this bird often had
its head and back totally flattened when foraging in the shallows at
water's edge.  I'll go more with hard features like the bill size & shape
where plumage can be more variable.
