I'm pretty certain they used to make a tube that allowed either a T2 mount, either that or all sorts of other Novoflex adapters, I believe they even used to make the tubes for your lens for Leica too.

There used to be a member of this list named Donal Philby who helped me locate a guy in San Deigo I think it was named Helmut Mueller who did this conversion for me. Helmut is a former Leica guy who now has his own machine shop and has done work on lenses for Sports Illustrated and others. A heck of a nice guy. I no longer have his contact info unfortunately.
