Film Scanners

I am sure this question has been asked a few hundred times over the last year 
or so, but returning from my recent trip, I would like to move into the digital 
world.  I spent three weeks in Greece and Istanbul and have over 500 images and 
negatives laying around in a paper bag (both b&w and color).  I would like to 
scan some of these so I can post them on the web and or print them.  98% of 
them were shot with a M6 and the remaining with a cousin camera - Minox P&S (it 
is a Leica list).

What film scanner is recommended?   It doesn't have to be the latest model, 
something that might be available on ebay or from a private sale and can handle 
120 roll film as well.  I work on a Mac platform running OS 10.2
