Alex, If you wanted someone in the UK you could try Malcolm Taylor, he is
reputedly the best Leica repairer in the UK if not further afield, although
not cheap.
He did a very good job on my III recently, and although I didn't mention
meters while I was there, there were several reflexes with meters in for
repair.
I use the Wein cell (from Jessops) in my MR, which works OK without
conversion.
Malcolm Taylor is 01568 770542 (UK), I'm sure there is an email address, but
it isn't in his latest advert in the AP.
