Dimitri
Here, high in the hills, we've had the shortest spring on record. One week ago, we had a mix of hail and snow. By last Thursday, the temperatures were 30+.
So, while I was out photographing the Quad riders, Rose manned the Food Concession. 

Ice cream was a big seller, and Dimitri was one of her best customers....
