Agree with that, also. But, yesterday a FEDEX Ground driver
brought me a package. That delivery would require that I send the
defective item back in a few days. The driver could barely speak
English. All I would have to do is ask the UPS driver to stop back in
a day or two and it is done. This guy could, only with difficulty, tell
me that I had to call the office to schedule a pick-up. Jeez, I broke
into my Spanish which was as good as his English. You should have
heard that conversation. My wife was cracking up in the
background.
