For anyone with a hang to criminal activities, (such as e-bay black sheep)and the right connections , this reads like an open
invitation to fraud.

Try this for size - ship a half brick declared as a Leica, and insured somewhere else as such - the package doesn't arrive - the shipper collects
the extended liability cover, the insurance cover and the customers money. And disappears without trace.

How many times has this already happened ( I had a very suspicious case with an Internet Scale model supplier in NY some time ago, only
got my money back by threatening with visits from the authorities)
