Your bowl is French Art Deco Ca. 1920, but I don't think it was made by
Lalique. From the opalescent color it looks like it could have been
made by the Sabino factory which didn't always sign their pieces. You
might find a trip to the library interesting, there are many books
available about Art Deco glass and you might be able to learn more
about your beautiful bowl. I hope this helps.
