I used to call it "Ansel Adams Disease". I'd be photographing in Yosemite or Chaco Canyon or Arches or Bodie, and even at low season (usually winter), there'd be tourists right in the middle of my composition. So I'd wait until everybody took off (if it was possible) before I took the photograph.
