15mm SW Heliar test

I bought an unused 15mm f/4.5 Super Wide Heliar on ebay, a bargain at $256. It arrived today:

A few years ago, I had a 12mm f/5.6 UW Heliar I sold in disgust after I saw how much it vignetted on an M6.
I was pleasantly surprised by how little the 15mm lens vignettes within the cropped image circle on a Leica M8.
Anyone have any experience with a 6-bit coded mount adapter for the 15mm on an M8?
Does coding the 15mm SW Heliar as a wide-angle Tri-Elmar give any advantages?
