This afternoon around four p.m. I was in the front yard (38th & Hartford) and
looked up to see a largish flock of large birds flying rather high to the north
west. They were coming into a rough V shape and I wondered if they could have
been Sand Hill Cranes heading north. With the sun shinning toward them, they
looked light, but of course they would have. They seemed to be the right size.
I am wondering if any one else happened to see them. Unfortunately, I
couldn't get to my binoculars in time.
