[LandXML] LandXML-1.1 updates posted and voting time

Please review the following updates.
* Minor update to the LandXML-1.1.xsd schema posted with update data
diagram

* Changed CrossSection element content model from xs:choice to
xs:sequence.
* New and updated LandXML-1.1 sample files
<http://www.landxml.org/LandXMLSampleFilesDemos.asp> with pictures.
* Files contain greater detail and cover almost all aspects of the
LandXML-1.1 schema.
* Files were produced using the latest LandXML SDK 1.1 build.
* Beta 2 LandXML SDK 1.1
<http://www.landxml.org/schema/SDK/LandXMLSDK_1.1-01262006.zip> (C++
Software developers kit) posted with complete source code.
* Supports entire LandXML schema (including Features and Properties).
* Reads LandXML-0.88, 1.0 and 1.1 files.
* Writes LandXML-1.1 files.
* Invalid xml file contents bug fixed.
* Pre-configured projects for Microsoft Developer Studio .NET 2003 and
2005
* Pre-built binaries for Microsoft Developer Studio .NET 2003 and 2005
With these final changes (hopefully) and after 18 months of work, I would
like to propose that we consider voting to ratify LandXML-1.1 as a standard.
If there is enough interest, we can schedule a LandXML-1.1 web meeting to
review and discuss the schema. If you are interested in this, please respond
no later than Friday, February 3, 2006. Also include a preferred time of day
(morning/afternoon/evening). Since LandXML.org participants are spread
throughout 32 countries around the world, we may need to schedule several
meetings to accommodate the many time zones. Suggestions are welcome.
