[LandXML] Introduction

I'm a new surveyor in North Carolina. I've been working on a surveying CAD
program called Bezitopo which needs a GUI and a file format. I was considering
EBML and XML and asked some people for advice. One of them pointed me to
LandXML, and since that already exists and is XML based, that answered the
question.
