[laffs] confusion

There appears to be a lot of conversation and confusion about the LAFFS club
officers approving an expenditure of $450 for advertizing on KFFB prior to our
recent Fly In. This is NOT correct. ALL the 27 spots were free and were listed
as Community Activity/Service Announcements... A "For information only"
statement was recieved by Gene for the purpose of documentation by the radio
station to record the value of the spots when dealing with the financial
aspects of KFFB.
