[laffs] Using the Marshall Airport

I checked with the FAA and received this back:

 

Dear Mr Pearson, to use a public airport for a model aircraft operation is
covered in Advisory Circular AC91-57 you can get that AC off our web page

at www.faa.gov/lit/.   But the way to do this is to contact the airport

manager and he can put a NOTAM out and give you permission for this event.
