There's nothing like a bowl of your favorite homemade soup on a cool =
March day. What could top that, unless of course you add a scrumptious =
piece of your favorite cake or pie? Well now, if this sounds good, then =
mark your calendar. That's right! Beginning Friday, February 11th, from =
11:29 a.m. till 1:01 p.m., the Fairfield Bay United Methodist Church =
Chancel Choir has been hosting a "Simply Soup and Just Desserts" =
luncheon at the Church. We're cooking and serving a few of your old =
favorites as well as some new gourmet soups that we're hoping will =
quickly become your favorites. All this and more for only $5.01 =
(includes a beverage). If you would like to take soup home to enjoy =
later, bring a container and we'll be happy to fill it for a reasonable =
charge. Proceeds for this weekly affair will benefit the Chancel Choir =
program.=20
"Simply Soup & Just Desserts" will run every Friday from February 11 =
through March 18.=20
This weeks soups (March 4) will be Chili and Broccoli Cheese.
We certainly hope to see you there!
