Hi Gene,

Ha! Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it!!! I am bringing
essentially the entire inventory less the vintage engine consignment I
presently am selling on Ebay. There will be literally hundreds and hundreds of
namebrand hardware packs. I will have bins with$.75, $1, $3, $5, and $10 "no
dicker stickers on them, along with props, several NIB engines, pristine used
radios, covering, a couple of arf's, and other misc. unique items all at
bargain prices. I will have a canopy and a tarp, so if I could set up Saturday
(hopefully it won't rain that night!!) and I will be ready to sell Sunday.

I regret to say the estate business has taken a turn for the worse, and after
five years of relative growth and stability, I am being forced to make GCBM R/C
Models Inc. and Glowplugboy auctions a part time affair. The Achilles Heel of
this business plan is getting adequote inventory. I had a local major divorce
settlement estate deal fall through that would have prospered the business for
at least a year. Without one or two "major estate purchases" ($10K + minimum
buy out value) each quarter, it is impossible to make any money. I have not had
a major estate buy out since last December.

My cell phone number is: 281-844-5431. Can't wait.

Mike

Hi Mike, We are excited about your attending our Fly In . You have a goodly
distance to drive and we

appreciate you doing it. We also

thank you for your generous

donations. Your Super 8 motel is

towards the south end of the business

district of Clinton. You will go the

the north end and turn right on Hwy

16, drive 2 miles and turn right on

Burnt Ridge Rd., then keep going on

it for 6.5 miles to Orchard St. Turn

left and 1/2 block turn into our field.

We intend to have YELLOW signs

all the way for visitors so hope noth-

disturbs them. Weather forcasts sound
good so far so hope nothing changes.

Glad your bringing stuff to sell as

guys are always looking to buy and

the ability to charge makes things

easier. Hope you have items like

clevises and other repair items. We

have 5 or 6 guys coming from

Tenn. with a control line demo and

are concerned about repairs. We

also have a demo team from South

Missouri doing the heli bit. We are

flabergasted at the response we are

getting and the interest shown. I

hope we have enough parking for

all !! Please let me know when you

will get here so we can get you a

prime spot. Sometime Sat would be

ideal as we should have someone

there all Sat nite. Let me know !!!

                   Best peronal regards,

                                              Gene

PS We are beginning to hope we

" haven't bitten off more than

          than we can chew "

  Hi again, Gene,

Just a note to say it appears now I will be bringing a small trailer in
addition to my truck loaded with new and used r/c airplane items. Cash is
always king, but I will have my wireless credit card machine there as well,
battery charged. Very excited about coming.

  Best regards,

  Mike

    Hi again, Gene,

What I was calling you about was this: would you be kind enough to allow me
to ship some pre-payed glow fuel from Fox mfg. to your residence and I will
pick it up when we meet? Two, four gallon cases. This will save me close to $50
in shipping costs. I would need your physical address if you say yes. If no, no
problem.

    Regards,

    Mike

We sell the fuel out of a member,s

large out building who lives just

across the street from the field. We

pay the treasury $13.50 per gallon

as we need a gallon or so. Quarts

would be a different item and you might be able to sell a few. You will

have to be the judge. We would like

for you to definitely bring some nice

    weather. 72 degrees and sunshine

would be ideal. Talk at you later.

                                                Gene

      Hi Gene,

I am sure the Mach 7 prices are hard to beat. If the club is selling 15%
it for less than $15.00 a gallon, there is no point in loading up the truck. I
will definitely bring glue and some other stuff. We keep in touch over the next
couple of weeks. It would be nice if you could cool the weather down a bit..

Mike, Just a word about the fuel. Our

club buys Mach 7 in quanity. We have

a member who receives it at his

business. Our biggest usage is 15%

2 cycle, caster and synthetic mix in

gallons. We have 4 cycle users too

although some use the 2 cycle fuel

for their 4 cycles. Bring what you

want but just giving you some idea

of our usage. CA glue would be

good too. Medium is used most &

some thin. We will be working at the

field on Sat. mowing and setting up

shelters. Our field faces east so

morning flying is risky. We should be

able to fly after 1:00 without any

      problem. We of course welcome

you and any sale items you want to

bring. Just hope your wheels are big

enough on your planes to get off the

ground. Our man with the reg. jet has

flown elsewhere such as Jackson, Ms

but left part of it there in some asphalt.

He has crashed the 2nd one, is working

on #3. #4 is a scale Mig and has many

thousands in it or will have. He retired

from Georgia but is Texan born and

raised. Texas Aggie and is proud of

it. You will like him I think. See you

      soon. Gene

PS: They should be ashamed to name their motel "Executive". You

      picked the right one.

        Hi Gene,

Ah, yes, the Indian Hotel Mafia, they are everywhere (grin). They start
out as janitors and finally buy the hotel. As for Glowplugboy Glow fuel, 10%
Nitro is offered in two blends: 20% all castor and 20% synthetic/castor blend.
$13.00 a gallon. 15% is a half and half castor/synthetic blend at $15.00 a
gallon. I have YS 20/20 for $18.00 a gallon. This is way below my mail order
price. I will also bring some CA glue and some "garage sale" items. I will
spend Friday night in Little Rock and drive up to Fairfield Bay early Saturday
morning. Maybe we can do some flying Saturday. Happy to help with set up, too.

        Regards,

        Mike

Mike, I talked to the guys at the field

this evening and they thought the

Super 8 would be the best. It is newer

and should be OK. The Best Western

is now owned by an Indian, Indian and

figured when I asked for discount

prices he would forget the English

        language.

What is the make up of the fuel?

10% or 15% and all caster or some

        synthetic ? Gene

          Hi again, Gene,

I just booked a reservation at the Super 8 in Clinton. BTW, I will be
bringing GLOWPLUGBOY glow fuel, and will be selling four quarts at my regular
(lower) gallon prices. Hope some guys will be buying.

          Regards,

          Mike

Mike, My daughter and family have

stayed at the Best Western and said

it was fine. I am going to go to both of

the better ones Mon. and see if they

are willing to give us a discount for

pilots. The Super Eight is newer but

will check them both out. I have won

a couple of engines from you so will

call you Mon. evening and give you

          the info then. Gene Hatfield

PS: I have sent you a couple of emails but they have been
returned.

            Hi Gene,

Mike McGraw here. The subject says it all. I am having a hard time
getting any information bout the hotels. How is the Best Western? Or the
Executive Inn? No dives, if you know what I mean..

            Regards,

            Mike
