DUTIES FOR THE FUN FLY... These could change slightly.

Gene Hatfield.....General welcome committee...make final decisions when  
unexpected situations arise. Chief organizer..

John Swanson....Basically the Field Marshall making sure rules are followed. 
Also be Robert Haynes right hand man if needed. ( Help with pilot check in and 
control of freq. board and impoundment area and monitor number of flyers on 
field to make sure no more than five are flying at one time. Ted Brown will 
also help in this area if needed.

Robert Haynes..... Contest Director handling all phases of the event that need 
his attention. Control judging of scale contest and hold pilots meeting. John 
Swanson to help when needed..Help with advice when "situations" come up..

Jim Reed.... Generally stay involved with all aspects of the Fun Fly and be 
ready to help wherever and whenever needed. Most of the microphone duties fall 
here. Make sure pooper is cleaned before event. ( May need someone to suck on 
end of hose to start flow)

Carole Reed---------I   Ticket sales for raffle tickets as well as meal 
tickets. 
Liz Cammack   ---I    A rotation and more detailed assignment to follow....many
Nanette Haynes----I    thanks are due to these fine ladies for offering to 
help...

Ray Silken....Traffic control/parking
Martin Berbusse...  Traffic control/parking
Open/need one more to help...Traffic control/parking( Ted may be able to help)

Rawlins Calleraine...Pick up food supplies prior to coming to field on Saturday 
and help with making sure signs are made and placed in right areas. Help with 
food service if needed. 

Louis Freeman...Be in charge of total ticket sales and make sure money boxes 
are "kept up" and emptied when needed. Help with raffle table to promote ticket 
sales and help hand out prizes.

Scooter Keith...Make sure that Roy is at event with cooker and help set up area 
for food service. Heli Demo.....

Herb Stites... Help with "policing" area and work with Louis at raffle table. 
Also may need to help with PILOT ticket sales and food service area.

Chink Chaney...First of all....Thanks for bush hogging the two ends of the 
field which will be used for parking.. Hopefully it can be cut one more time 
prior to the event. Check with Mr. Chambers to see if we can use his lot again 
this year. Culverts have been installed to open up the South end of field to 
parking or whatever. 
Try to spray for insects...Club will buy the insectiside.

Ted Brown..Help Robert and John with the duties listed above shown next to 
their names. Also will need help early Saturday making sure vehichles are 
parking properly

Things that will still need to be done..Weed wacking grass in ditches and under 
tables. Setting up of tables for prizes, food, ticket sales ,etc. Will discuss 
at meeting Saturday.

Help is also needed with making sure the food servers have help with handling 
sales and control of sodas/water..

NOTE:  Anybody else that wants to help, just let me know. The above listed 
members offered to help and I thank them for doing so.
