Hi guys,
In recent discussions with some of the pilots in the club, we were quizzing
each other on how to do certain maneuvers, or the proper way to learn a
certain maneuver. The link below will take you to a page that describes the
sequence that needs to be followed in order to execute the maneuvers
properly. The site also explains how to properly trim an aerobatic plane
and stresses the fact that unless a plane is properly trimmed the maneuvers
will not execute correctly. There is more to it than being able to have
your plane flying level, thumbs free. The learning curve to fly a rolling
circle is a lot more involved than I expected. This site is full of good
reading and also refers the reader to another site to download a trimming
chart to guide venturing pilots through the proper trimming of aerobatic
aircraft. This site is worth checking out.
Take care, Ed
