please excercise due caution while buying athlon-xp cpus. because there
is almost 3-4 variants of the athlon-xp using different cores rated the
same clock. you should only buy one with a barton core which has 512 KB
cache and runs cooler than others. this months Intelligent Computing
carries an article on this which can be of help.
