OK, the software looks to be taken care of so on to the next item...

I'm trying to find a USB audio interface that will take the four direct 
outputs from my 4-Track and send them as four distinct tracks to the 
computer. Ideally I'd like to stay under $250.

My preference would be USB, but I'd also be open to firewire.

I've been looking at some M-Audio stuff online, but am having a hard time 
figuring out if they would do what I want (plus they're pricier than I'd 
prefer).
