It has been a while since i used the gps, but as far as I know, it was
working in 0.7b with a garmin e-trex. Check in the console after
starting kismac, it should tell you if it found the gps or not.
Depending on your settings, if the gps does not have a location, it
will use the last known location. Look at the gps to be sure you have
good signal. btw, my gps is attached with a usb adaptor, not
bluetooth. but it should work either way.
As far as compiling cvs, what are problems are you running into?
Several of the common ones have been covered on this list so check out
the archives. Also, be sure to use the bug tracker on the website.

well.. looking at my results..
they all have the same GPS data. It seems they all have the same data as my very last point. Perhaps it could be a setting i set wrong. Anyone else ever use a GPS? what settings should i put in KisMAC?
That's what happened to me the last time I tried KisMAC. I went driving with my girlfriend to try to find her a place she could get onto during lunch which wasn't too far from her office. We got home, I went to plot a map, and all the coordinates were the same!
I grabbed the source from CVS hoping maybe I could figure out what was wrong, but so far haven't managed to get it to compile.
