[kismac] Re: opensvn server flaky? Oh, and growl patches complete.

I added these when I committed yesterday, I think they somehow got lost in the move, I'll see what I can do

growl.framework goes in the Resources folder inside KisMacNG. The
new Xcode file is included as I had to make some adjustments to it
in order to get it to build with the Growl framework linked.

Have fun with a growl-enabled KisMac.
