[kismac] kismet server

Compiled the latest code today and found the alternative "Kismet server,
passive mode" I tried it with kismet_server running on a OpenBSD machine
with a prism2 card and a external antenna. I had to configure
kismet_server for external access of course and also let it run for a
minute befor kismac would be accepted to the datastream, but that was it.
