I did some more tests, and finally got injection to work with my
router. I didn't wait for very long after that, but it wasn't
generating IV's too fast. It did work though, just slowly. I also had
to turn my airport extreme card on and off to generate injection
packets that KisMAC could use first.
So I guess what totally doesn't work is deauthentication and
authentication flood. I don't know if that is just my router since I
have no way to test that on another router.

Any tips or tricks are appreciated!
